Acknowledgements

This website was originally developed as part of a DfE Funded STEM Subject Choice and Careers Project led by the Centre for Science Education at Sheffield Hallam University in partnership with Babcock International. It was developed with the support and guidance of a range of people. Special thanks go to Chris Johnson, Anthony Barnes, Rachel Epson and Claire Nix for writing some of the materials. Colleagues in the STEM Subject Choice and Careers project group have contributed to and supported the development of the toolkit. Thanks to Alan Moore at Babcock International for sharing information from the Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance Pack relating to equality and diversity.

Colleagues at Sheffield Hallam University including Maxine Greaves and Ian Maher offered additional insights and suggestions on widening participation and interfaith issues which were very practical and helpful.

The Royal Society of Chemistry and the London Engineering Project (LEP) contributed to the toolkit significantly and their resources are referenced throughout.

A list of the websites used and referred to on this site is in the resources section and we are grateful to organisations who are leading the way in this field.

Members of the STEM Subject Choice and Careers Equality and Diversity Group have provided invaluable feedback and access to their materials.
